Anadrol is the strongest oral on the market. It has both high androgenic and anabolic effects. Strength and weight gains are very significant. Anadrol is highly toxic to the liver. Although many are using Anadrol by itself (together with Nolvadex), it is also generally stacked with something like Testosterone, Deca Durabolin or Equipoise.
